December 16, 2009 Dear Beth, I am writing this letter to offer my gratitude to your company for choosing Tonya Vercher as our realtor for our relocation to Georgia. We couldn’t have made a better choice for ourselves had we been given the opportunity. Her professionalism and dedication were beyond anything I could have hoped for. I fully expected to give Tonya our criteria for a house, have her enter that criteria into a computer system, then choose houses we wanted to see from a given list on the website and purchase one of those houses. That is how it started out but on that first day, Tonya took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted. She went home and did some research and found other houses that were not on our list for us to look at and they fit our taste perfectly! We actually wound up purchasing one of those homes and not one that we found ourselves. Tonya’s dedication then went beyond that. She followed through every step of the way after our offer was accepted and stayed on top of every detail. Phone calls and emails came in from her at all hours of the day and night. She was absolutely tireless. She even gave me some wonderful advice for the sale of my home in Rhode Island.
