Tonya has been in the real estate industry for over nine years as an Associate Broker, working with Corporate relocation companies, and has years of education in REO properties. She started her real estate career as a leap of faith leaving her cushy job as a Human Resource Director and jumping into the world of sales. After one month in real estate Tonya was named “Listing Agent” of the month in her office. In only two months Tonya was named “Sales Agent of the Month”. Her drive and motivation to win for her clients proved to be her calling. After mastering the real estate resale market Tonya jumped into Real Estate Investing and managed to bring home more earnings within four months in real estate then she did all year in her corporate job. Tonya has expanded her knowledge by obtaining her Brokers license and was soon promoted to manage a Real Estate Company landing her back into the “corporate” environment. After a couple of years in Management Tonya transitioned back into Real Estate sales specifically to work with banks on REO properties. She has expanded her knowledge even more by becoming a Certified Foreclosure Specialist. Since she has worked extensively in the REO field, she has been fortunate enough to be involved in working with asset managers at all levels to dispose of REO properties with the highest possible return in minimal time. From occupancy reports to "cash for keys", evictions, assisting with environmental evaluation, obtaining reports, property management, marketing and sales, she does it all!
